3. Staffing 

Servers: For plated meals, buffet tending, passing appetizers, and clearing tables. Bartenders: For alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service. 

Event Manager/Coordinator: Overseeing the catering logistics and timing with other vendors. 

Chefs/Cooks: Preparing food on-site or on-site. 

Bussers: Clearing and resetting tables, dishwashing. 

Cleanup Crew: Post-event tidying and trash removal.


4. Rentals & Equipment 

Dinnerware: Plates, bowls, flatware (forks, knives, spoons). 

Glassware: Water glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes. 

Linens: Tablecloths, napkins (basic options included, premium fabrics are upgrades). Tables & Chairs: Basic options might be included, specialty tables (e.g., farm tables) and upgraded chairs offered at an extra cost. 

Serving Ware: Chafing dishes, serving spoons, platters, water pitchers. Decorative Elements: Basic centerpieces, candles, or other decor as part of a package.

BAR SERVICES 

HOSTED BAR PER PERSON - $30pp 

Hosted bar per person allows our clients to pay a set price for the number of serving hours for your event (ranging from 2-5 hours)! This is a quick and easy option to provide bar services to your guests. 

We offer a few packages including: full bar, beer and wine only or the option to add 1-2 signature drinks. 

We bring all the alcohol, beer, wine, mixers, soft drinks, garnishes and ice in addition to the items included in our basic bar - items depend on the package we feel is the best fit for your event. 

Additional costs will apply to wine pour and champagne toast added to a hosted per person bar package. 

CASH BAR - $10pp 

Cash Bar allows clients to offer a full service option to their guests, while guests being able to pay cash or credit/debit card for their beverages. The client will pay a per person cash bar package that includes the bartenders, liquor liability insurance and set-up fee, and the guests pay for their drinks on their own. 

Full Service Cash Bar Includes: Cognac, Tequila, Gin, Rum, Vodka, Beer, Wine, Champagne, Specialty Drinks, Non- alcoholic beverages (different brand options available per package) 

Beer & Wine Only: Select 3-4 types of beer & 3-4 types of wine - 2 red / 2 white or sparking (depending on your guest count)

The Elegant Champagne Toast Pour - $4.25pp 

Enhance your reception with our classic Champagne Toast Pour, a timeless way to celebrate! Our professional staff will gracefully circulate, ensuring every guest has a perfectly poured glass of chilled sparkling wine just in time for those heartfelt toasts to the happy couple. 


Staffing ($75 per staff member 

Plated Dinner Service: 

Servers: Typically 1 server for every 10-12 guests. This ensures efficient delivery of multiple courses, prompt clearing, and attentive table service. 

Buffet Service: 

Buffet Attendants/Servers: 1-2 staff members per buffet line, plus additional servers (approx. 1 for every 20-25 guests) for table clearing, water service, and general assistance. 

Cocktail Reception (Passed Hors D'oeuvres): 

Servers: Approximately 1 server for every 20-25 guests for continuous tray service. Bar Service: 

Bartenders: Typically 1 bartender for every 50-75 guests (for a full bar with cocktails), or 1 for every 75-100 guests (for beer/wine only). 

Bar Backs (for larger events): Additional staff may be assigned to assist bartenders with stocking and ice. 

Specialty Food Stations (Chef Attended): 

Chef/Attendant: 1 dedicated chef or attendant per interactive station to prepare and serve food fresh to order.


Pricing & Booking

We offer two options for tastings:


  • For clients who have not yet booked: The tasting fee is $100 for up to four guests. If you choose to book

with us after your tasting, this fee will be applied as a credit toward your final invoice.


  • For clients who have already booked: Once you have signed a contract and paid your deposit, you are entitled to one complimentary tasting for up to four guests. This is our way of saying thank you for choosing us!

           Additional guests beyond the four included are $25 per person.

Menu Selection

We ask that you select up to two entrées, three sides, and two appetizers for your tasting. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least one week in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Please schedule your tasting at least two to three weeks in advance.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your tasting fee.
