Booking

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible.

Suggested booking timelines:

  • Corporate Lunches: 1–2 weeks

  • Small Private Events: 2–4 weeks

  • Bridal & Baby Showers: 1–3 months

  • Weddings: 6–12 months

Availability is limited during peak seasons.

How do I reserve my event?

A signed catering agreement and a 30% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date.

When is my final payment due?

The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before your event.

Events booked within seven days require full payment when booking.

Food & Menu

Can I customize my menu?

Absolutely.

Every event is unique, and we're happy to customize your menu based on your preferences, dietary needs, and budget.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes.

We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary-friendly options whenever possible. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions during the planning process.

Can I schedule a tasting?

Yes. We offer private tastings for weddings and larger catered events by appointment only.

  • Tasting Fee: $100

  • Includes up to 4 guests

  • Approximately 2 hours

  • Held at our Stockbridge, GA location

  • By appointment only

During your tasting, you'll sample your selected menu items, discuss presentation, service options, and finalize the details for your event.

If you book Southern Twist Catering Company for your event, the tasting fee may be credited toward your final catering balance for qualifying events (if applicable).

Service

What is included with buffet service?

Our buffet service includes:

  • Professional buffet setup

  • Chafing dishes

  • Premium disposable dinnerware

  • Serving utensils

  • Sweet tea

  • Lemonade

  • Infused water

  • Buffet tables (if included in your package)

Additional staffing and upgrades are available.

Do you provide servers?

Yes.

Professional servers, buffet attendants, and bartenders are available for an additional fee.

Do you provide bartending services?

Yes.

We offer professional bartending services for private events.

Clients may provide their own alcohol where permitted by law.

Do you provide tables, linens, and décor?

Yes.

We offer a variety of event enhancements including:

  • Linen rentals

  • Buffet décor

  • Table styling

  • Centerpieces

  • Dessert table styling

  • Beverage stations

Do you set up and clean up?

Yes.

Setup is included with most catering packages.

Cleanup services may be added based on your event needs.

Delivery

Do you offer delivery?

Yes.

Delivery is available throughout Metro Atlanta.

Delivery fees vary based on distance and event requirements.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes.

Certain menu items and corporate orders may be picked up by appointment.

Event Day

Can I provide my own cake or desserts?

Yes.

Clients are welcome to provide desserts or specialty items.

Southern Twist Catering Company is not responsible for food or beverages supplied by clients or third-party vendors.

Can I provide my own alcohol?

Yes.

Clients may provide alcohol where permitted by law.

If Southern Twist provides bartending services, all alcohol must remain under the supervision of our bartending staff.

What happens if my guest count changes?

Your final guest count is due seven days before your event.

After that date, guest counts cannot be reduced. Additional guests may be accommodated based on availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit & Debit Cards

  • Square Invoice

  • Cash

  • Certified Funds (when applicable)

Are gratuities included?

Gratuity is not automatically included unless stated in your catering agreement.
